Don't miss the high energy, high flying freestyle motocross tricks performed by the Global FMX team.  They boast an extensive resume that includes performances at the Vancouver PNE, Calgary Stampede (Grand stand show), X-Games, Gravity Games, Alaska State Fair, World Expo (Shanghai, China), World FMX tour (Mexico) and numerous other international and domestic events.

Lawnmower Races

Saturday September 16th      4:45 pm

The ever-popular lawnmower races are roaring and raring to go.  Watch as these speedy lawnmowers race around the arena making dust and dirt fly!!  Cheer on your favorite lawnmower as the drivers vie for the coveted blue ribbon and prize money.  Interested in entering the lawnmower races?  Entry forms can be found at www.rockcreekfallfair.ca/entry-forms

Registration and staging - please enter at the Livestock Gate (beside the main gate) and continue straight ahead to the neighbouring property.  Parking is different this year.  Please pay attention to signage.  Please tuck in!  Space is limited.

 

Gymkhana

Sunday, September 17th  at 8:00 am

Watch riders as they attempt to weave through poles, race around barrels and eat some dust after jumping on a cowhide while being pulled by a horse!!  Have a horse and would like to enter the Gymkhana?  Information and Entry Form can be found at www.rockcreekfallfair.ca/entry-forms

Obstacle Challenge - Gambler's Choice

Sunday, September 17th     12:30 - 2:30

Hosted by the Kettle River Horse Club

We will have 20-30 riders. This is a timed event, and each rider has 2 minutes to successfully complete as many obstacles on the obstacle course as he or she can. The course, specially designed to challenge the riders, consists of about 10 obstacles, each worth a specific point value based on degree of difficulty. Riders are allowed to do an obstacle twice, but they can’t do the same obstacle back-to-back. The rider who earns the highest point total is the winner. Western or English tack allowed. Prize money for 1st, 2nd, 3rd.
