​~ April 19-25th - NATIONAL VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION WEEK - THANK YOU!!!
We know so much of our organization & the fair depends on our amazing VOLUNTEERS!

​APRIL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
~ OUR NEW TRACTOR, PURCHASED WITH 50/50 FUNDS, WILL BE ARRIVING THIS MONTH!
~ Announcers booth - the old unsafe building has been demolished - Thank you to Dean, Larry, Lincoln & Bill for your help! These volunteers saved us a lot of money!!
~ New announcers booth build will start this month!

- May 9 @ 9:00am - AGSafe BC is presenting an Equipment safety course
A great refresher and a chance to learn some great safety tips!
Open for teens to adults. Please email office@rockcreekfallfair.ca to register

- Sept 8 - NEW deadline for all animal, poultry & livestock entry deadline
- Sept 15 - deadline for regular fair exhibits (no late entries)
- Sept 18 1:00pm-7:00pm exhibit drop off (no late entries)
- Sept 16 Campground opens for Fair (check page for times & more info)
- Sept 19th & 20th - FALL FAIR DAYS!!
- Oct 21 @ 7:00pm Fair Association Meeting
- Nov 18th @ 6:30pm Fair Association Annual General Meeting - please consider joining us
